OMG Spark has played an influential role in the Nepalese hip-hop scene. His journey began in 2015, when he started recording and engineering tracks for artists like VTEN, Mc Flo, Uniq Poet, and Bluess from a home setup. By 2017, he co-founded the music collective Origami Music Group (OMG) with his friends Sagun and Sarthak. Together, they built a modest studio that contributed to the production of notable tracks such as “Straight Outta Kathmandu,” “Lalalala,” “1994,” “Kharab Bani,” “Saino Tapaiho,” and Sagun’s “Rhythm and I’ll Keep You Safe.” During this time, OMG Spark also recorded “Balidan” for Kathmandu’s current mayor, Balendra Shah.

To date, OMG Spark has been involved in producing, recording, and engineering over 300 tracks for Nepal’s hip-hop scene, collaborating with artists like Mc Flo, VTEN, Uniq Poet, Bluess, Balen, Yodda, Sacar, DJ Bishow, Dong, Yabi, 555 (Chirag Khadka), Sagun, and many others. In addition to his work in hip-hop, he has also contributed as a sound engineer and arranger for film projects like Paris to London and Chadke, as well as working with various musical acts across different genres in Nepal.
